Frequently Asked Questions​

 

1. Do parents need to purchase tickets?

YES. All persons attending need to purchase tickets, unless they are signed up to be a volunteer backstage. Please keep in mind that if you are not signed up, you will not be allowed in the backstage area.

2. Do performers need a ticket?

NO. Dancers who are performing in the show do not need a ticket, as they will be backstage for the entire performance.

3. How do I present my ticket upon arrival on December 14th?

You may either print or show your ticket on your phone. We will be scanning tickets upon entry.

4. Can I purchase tickets at the door?

NO. Tickets must be purchased virtually, prior to the event.

5. Is there a limit to tickets each family can purchase?

While there is no limit to the amount of tickets each family can purchase, we highly recommend purchasing tickets sooner, rather than later. Once tickets are sold out, we will not be able to sell anymore tickets/admit any additional persons. Seating is also on a first come, first serve basis.

6. Do children under 2 need a ticket?

If children under 2 are planning on sitting on a lap, they do NOT need a ticket.
